Project Overview
I am responsible for all about technology in my office. Initially, the IT team was only 3 people so we cleaned, improved and optimized the existing code.

Snapinn grows into a bigger company with more people. And then I suggested board of director to revamp our website to fresh and clean look.

And then as we have a bigger team and we make a great plan and not forget to collaboration with other division, we finish it within 6 months.
My Contributions
My contribution so far, I made a sprint planning for the developer team to be able to work according to plan.

Discuss with the board of directors regarding the product. Design and collaborate with UI / UX Team. And take a part of coding with amazing developer team

Made a decission about what technology used. Responsible to deliver the product before deadline.

And after success payment you can contact the host with our message feature . And we give you notification feature so you always up to date what you can do in the website. Also we dont forget to remind you to checkin at the morning of the day.
